Mother's Day Eve @ Korean BBQ

Yes, I'm sick again. Don't know why i become weaker recently, mama said I'm lack of exercise and young master complain that i didn't take care of myself. I think i didn't sleep well at night, too much things to worry about. Em, hate this feeling. :(

Change back our topic to "How we celebrate Mother's day eve". Papa went to oversea, so the eldest (me) always become the organizer. We planed to stay over night at Genting since mama said that she want something new and young. But unfortunately, fully booked for all hotels. Okay, never mind. Switch to plan B. Sisters said they didn't try Korean food before, although i really worry about mama that she can't accept foreign foods. Ha ha, in the end, she acted that she really enjoy it. XD

Mama is a bit lonely when papa was not around. The first time we celebrated Mother's day without him. :(

Discussing what should we order. :D
Spot the Bangladesh waiter!! He can speak fluent Korean and English!! Some more he know how to write in Korean!! Shit!! Feel shame that i said learn Korean before.

Em, Korean BBQ.

The most important things that make the BBQ taste good and delicious.

Side dishes that you can ask for MORE.

I love the steamed egg very much!! Wonder how they make it. Shopkeeper said they are the only Korean restaurant that serve this side dish.

My sis favorite - KIMCHI SOUP. Hot and spicy. =.=

It come with the KIMCHI SOUP set, i think it is grilled lamb. Sis said she like it and taste sweet.

Yum yum pork belly.

First time i tried BBQ lamb in Korean restaurant, surprised that the taste is much more yummy than pork belly.

Ha ha, alcohol is a must.

Waiter recommended us the plum wine, he said it's easily accepted by local peoples. Ya, it taste like plum - a bit sour and sweet.

KIMCHI SQUID ordered by bro in law. He said it's taste good for him but the squid is so little.

GINSENG CHICKEN SOUP. I ordered it for mama cause she didn't like those BBQ or KIMCHI. She said she didn't taste the ginseng at all!!! But it's delicious for me, love the glutinous rice very much.

Free fruit.

We just spent RM225, it is REALLY cheap right?

Young master said, for those who want to try foods that different from their own culture (for example, Chinese wanna try Korean foods or Iranian wanna try Chinese foods) we must firstly forget the way we prepare the food and try to accept other ways of cooking. If we always think that the soup will prepare in our own way...... the soup won't taste good although it prepared in a best way.
"Don't expect Korean make a Chinese style (old fire) chicken soup for you."
"Expect Korean make a traditional good ginseng chicken soup for you."
"Don't expect Thai make KIMCHI soup too, expect them make tom yam."

PS: Sis, bro in law and i stomachache after the meal. Em, young master said it's because we didn't wash our hand before the dinner. :p
Remember to clean up your hand before meal. XD

Family Trip

Guess where i went. :p

I went to Genting Highland with young master's family last two week. :D
Actually i still in high fever that day, but i promised his family will join their holiday. So, i bring along the medicine. :) Ha ha ha!!! Luckily i get well when we went back. ^^V

Some pictures that share. XD

The groups picture. My pale face is really......terrible. :*(

Young master kept testing my Red Dot Dot.

Playing with him.

Then i had McDonald as both breakfast and lunch. Young master ordered hot Milo for me.

Chicken nuggets.

I know he was there. XD

Show him the LC face. XD

Felt dizzy when walking here and there. :(

Just stand in front of Ah Yat Abalone Forum restaurant and act that we have dinner over here.

PS: I won RM50.00 in casino!!! Yippie!! :3 A drama happen too, the guard want to check my IC when I went inside the casino. Young master kept laughing and asked me whether I'm feeling happy about that. ="=

Dome @ KLCC

Dome didn't sound unfamiliar to you guys, right? The first time i visited Dome was young master had a surgery at Gleneagle Hospital there. I waited until he woke up, then i went to ground floor and bought a big burger (forgot the burger name, but the size is really huge!) to reward myself. If you interest with the story, entry here.

That day we went to KLCC for brunch, and i chose Dome just because i want to eat creamy spaghetti and young master just hunger for the breakfast set. :D

I love our seat that near to the entrance of the pool, perfect scenery. XD

Young master said he preferred Starbucks coffee later, just because he know that i love the green tea latte very much. Coke light is suitable for those people who on diet. :p And i requested a warm water.

Wild Mushroom - Rich and creamy, filled with mushrooms and topped with croutons. Served with fresh crusty bread. One of the best mushroom soup that i had ever tried. Nice one!!

Creamy Seafood Pasta - Your choice of spaghetti or linguine tossed with seafood, garlic, mushrooms and creamy sauce topped with Parmesan cheese. The portion is big enough for two person. It taste good and i really fall in love with the creamy sauce!!! But i can't finish it by my own. :)

The Big Breakfast - Two eggs poached, sunny side up or scrambled with mushrooms, chipolatas, hash browns, tomato and toast, served with a choice of grilled beef rasher or chicken ham. I can't eat these oily fried stuff in the early morning!! I will not feeling well for whole day. :( I wonder how young master can finish it. @.@ (Young master said, he is so addicted to hash brown.... no matter where he go, he will order the breakfast set with hash brown. :P)

The lesson that i learn from Dome is i will share with others if visit again, all the portion is terrible BIG!!!

Jaya Palace Restaurant @ Jalan Imbi

HSBC credit card center sent a RM100 voucher to my papa since we spent too much on Grand Palace Restaurant at Pavilion. Papa decided to invite his family members to enjoy dinner at their franchise again. Jaya Palace Restaurant at Jalan Imbi is our first choice.

Here is the menu. XD

Papa said he didn't take those set dinner, he ordered the dishes separately. So, that mean, more expensive!! RM1,410.00 per table. ="=

Table display like usual. :D

(四热荤) - Hot appetizer come with marinated small octopus, chicken cube with GONG POH style, tempura prawns and almond fish balls with cheese inside. I'm not really into it, nothing special for me. -.-

(红烧蟹皇金钱翅) - Shark fin soup with crab meats. Soup taste good and heavy, a lot of thick shark fins inside too!!! I finished it all!!

(烧焗排骨皇) - BBQ pork ribs. Everyone had one huge piece of ribs. It's not an ordinary Chinese CHAO SIEW ribs, the taste is nice and the meat is tender and juicy.

Yum Yum Yum!!

(清蒸自来鱼-斗底鲳) - Steamed Pomfret. My relatives are so picky about the freshness of the fish, so my papa purposely bought some grade A Pomfret from fish market. What can i say? It's totally fresh!!!!! :)

(姜片香脆炸田鸡) - Crispy fried edible frog with sliced ginger. Al-dente frog meat!! Even though this is a fried dish, the meat is still juicy and chewy. Best to serve with cold beer. The sliced ginger is tasty too, crispy like potato chips!!

(菠菜豆腐) - Tofu with spinach. I didn't eat this because I'm already full by the time. Young master said, the tofu is just so so and he not really like dish with thickened gravy.

(海味煲) - Seafood bonanza. Mushrooms, sea cucumber, abalone, clams and dried scallops!! Young master said, this is a high cholesterol killer, not really suitable for old citizen. But i love it all!!!!

(清炒香妃苗) - Stir fried bean sprout. I went to toilet when the dish is served, young master kept some for me. :D So, i didn't shoot the REAL dish. This is little bean sprout on small dish, not giant bean sprout :P Anyway, the vegetable always is my favorite.

(皇宫炒饭) - Palace's fried rice. Basically, is just fried rice with anchovies. Normal dish that my papa use to fill up those guests that still feel hungry. And i didn't try at at all!! ="=

And the last dish is fruit platter that i didn't take the picture. You know lah, what can you have in fruit platter right? Papaya, mango, apple, honey drew, water melon, orange......

The conclusion is, this restaurant is not good as the franchise in Pavilion. And i feel that it is really damm expensive and not worth!! :(

IP MAN 2 Premiere & Snowflakes @ Pavilion

Young master had an appointment at Gleneagles Hospital yesterday. I'm happy because we can go to Pavilion earlier and no need to rush for it. And I did some shopping again. ="=

We straight away went to cinema around 7.45pm. I saw some bloggers were waiting in front of the Ip Man 2 poster. They seem like knowing each others. :D

A bit crowded when the counter open.
If I'm not mistaken, young master was the second person who collect the tickets. Ha ha!!! Yes, because I'm pushing him to queue up and he kept saying me very KIA SHU!!! XD
Hello, I'm the one who invited him to watch free movie leh!! :p (Young master shouted, Hello, I'm the one who helps you to edit, to act, to direct, to ETC......) ="=

Dang dang, the ticket!

We planed to have some desserts before the movie. I suggested young master to drink coffee at Starbucks or San Terri inside the Times, but he refused. He said he's not feeling well, em, i think is gastric!! After walked over here and there, we decided to try Taiwan Snowflake.

Don't know what this call, young master who ordered it (He said it's Taroballs series with yam, red beans and pearls, RM5.90). My cousin told me it's quite popular dessert in Taiwan. Snow flake with red beans, fresh yam, yam rice balls? and sweet potatoes rice balls? It's taste good!!

Let's talk about the movie again. The movie took almost 2 hours, we finished the movie around 11pm. I love Ip Man 2!! It's as good as episode 1 but more excited than that. My heartbeat keeps follow the music and the punching sound. And i saw Bruce Lee inside the movie, ha ha ha!! (Young master asked, is it a real person called Master Hong and eventually died? And he don't like the way those masters jump onto the table, so fake!! But, no matter how, this movie really show us Chinese kung fu is not just power punch.)

Hooo~ Guys, this is a must watch movie for this summer!! Ip Man 2 is as hot as Ironman 2!!

High Tea With Character In Alice In The Wonderland

I'm heading out later, so, just do a short post.

Yes, the title just want to fool you. XD

That day, i went to Kinokuniya. (Hi, is time to add new friends for my bookcase. Em, i wonder when can i change a bigger bookcase? Might be the time we move to our own apartment?) We did some shopping before that, and i saw a display with all characters in Alice In The Wonderland. Yes, i watched the movie and love it. Although i found out young master almost fall asleep during the show.

Which character u like the most?

Mallymkun - the Dormouse?

The Mad Hatter?

Alice Kingsleig? I don't think so. ="=

Red Queen? White Queen? or Cheshire Cat?

For me, i love the white rabbit!!!
An always late, always in hurrying rabbit that just like me as well!! Cute

Ha ha ha! Really look like I'm eating high tea with them. :p

Ops, I saw a notice that inform us don't sit and touch the display after we took all these pics.

Just get well from high fever!! This annoying thing keeps following me for ONE whole week. WTF!! Although i still went to Genting with young master's family but didn't stay overnight, just took RM50 only from Uncle Lim and really feel sorry for myself. I WAN MORE!! I thought i can doll up and stay pretty on his friend wedding dinner but my skin condition always disappoint me! Big dark circus and pimple (will be) is frustrating me!! Okay, i don't mind anymore~ Will bring along the big pimples to the IP MAN 2 premiere tomorrow. T.T

Yes!! Did you guys see this?
I get free tickets to watch IP MAN 2 premiere!!!
Thanks Nuffnang so moch! I haven't watch movie and date with young master for a long time, even forgot the last movie that i had been watched..... The Lonely Bones? or Alice In The Wonderland? @.@

Before i got sick, i did a lot of shopping with sis and mama too. La la, I can wear them tomorrow. Actually i had decided which one to wear, just show off some stuffs that i bought! He he. =>.<=

Boyfriend shirt. I love to wearing with the belt, but young master said it look sexier if remove it. Em, totally different fashion sense compare with boy and girl. ="=

Stripe tank. I can't stop myself to pick up my wallet when i saw the RM15.00 price tag. Finding a jacket to match with!!! Em, Must be a leather jacket.

Extra pic.

Jumper with long pant. Still wonder why i bought this! *.*
Totally out of my taste, although young master said I'm look great with this. (Might be my huge tummy tat spoil the feeling.) :p

I'm sweating after this!!! So fashion show is end.
I will post some pictures that i took before, yek yek yek~ ^^V

Ethnic blouse. RM20 / RM25 from Sungai Wang. Cheap and absolute my style!! I wear it few times and found out it may 'down blouse' easily. XD

P & Co long sleeve jacket with 50% discount. ♥ ♥ ♥ Fall in love in the first sight.

And a few t-shirt that i haven't wear yet.
Em, my wardrobe love all these new friends.
Wahaha, see you guys tomorrow.

PS: Ah, i received a nuffies called for confirmation when i was in hospital yesterday. Sorry I'm not available and your voice is so soft. I might be a bit rude to pass the phone to young master and asked him to answered. Sorry girl. :(
