No More Iron-man

Didn't update for few days again. :p I'd been so busy about my first property and new company stuff!! Almost answered and called out everyday, i will get the most expensive phone bill on this month. T.T

Today I'm going to blog about my young master!! Dang dang!! His used to be my iron-man. XD
Let's listen to the story first.

Last year 4th of March, young master had an accident. After this incident, he promised me that he won't ride anymore!! No more excuse for him that said riding if for save money or avoid traffic jam when going to work.

Okay, back to the story again. I called him around 7pm (his working hours 10am-7pm) and told him i cooked his favorite dish - sambal petai. I don't know izzit the call made his rush back home. Because I'm sure he will happy and surprise with that.

I received his call around 8pm something, and he said, he had accident. He said he ride slowly. The fucker didn't put the signal when turning out. He horn the fucker and tried his best to avoid. But unlucky, he fell down from the bike. The fucker sent him to the nearest hospital, UKM.

I reached there and saw his broken arm. ="=

Neither doctor nor nurse gave him any painkiller or injection to release the pain. Ya, at that time, I'm so worried. I don't know what to do and keep console him, he'll be alright. Around 9pm something, young master's boss came over to help us!! Thanks god he was there!! Boss made the decision to discharge and sent him to Gleneagle Hospital.

By the time we reached there, we saw a lot of patients in the A&E department. Most of them didn't look like sick at all and young master was the most serious among them. But, we still need to wait for our turn. He bear the pain for almost 4 hours to get his first painkiller injection. Thanks to the super good efficiency from specialist hospital and government hospital too. Finally, the operation on 12pm. =3= Haha, Dr. Edmund just used one and half hours to GAO DIM!! Orz

I took the Xray picture at UKM when waiting for doctor or nurse noticed.

Horrible crack right? @.@


Few days later after the operation, my ironman was born!! XD

27th March, the things that took out from young master hand.

6 screws and 1 piece of metal plate.

PS: Someone who learn FENG SHUI told me before, is not easy to go thought the birthday end with 9. Like age of 19, 29, 39 and so on. Young master had the accident just few days before his 29th birthday. So, do you believe this?

New Gadget

Disappeared more than one week and didn't update my blog, seems like growing spiderweb. Mama went back from Macau few days ago, and i busying to settle those property and company stupid stuff. Argh... keep bothering me!! ="=

Yippie!! Since i keep complained how suck is my digital camera, Young master bought me a new gadget. Hulala, i can be a professional camera(wo)man too. :-p

Okay, actually he wanna buy me the Olympus E-PL1. He waited for almost a month in order to compare with E-P1 and E-P2.... and also LUMIX GF-1.


I love the white color so much!! Camera is light, easy carry when going out. The LOOK is so old school, make me feel like so artistic. :-P
And the reasonable price is one of the main reason i wanna take it home.

After asked others opinion, we decided to buy the LUMIX GF-1! High quality video recording, good camera response, bigger screen, and also have red color body. Few more hundred extra if compared with Olympus E-PL1. Dang dang~ I call her Red Dot Dot. XD

Still learning how to use it.

Grand Palace Restaurant@Pavilion

We had a family dinner at grand palace restaurant before the 2010 Chinese New Year end. We dine with whole family members from my papa side. Since i didn't have others' permission, i won't upload my relatives pic here.

Guys, this post will full of food pics, so be patient ya~ XD


This is our menu and i really don't know how to translate them in English. T.T
Actually i felt so bored with these kind of Chinese Dinner Package! Haiz, this time was my papa who paid the bills, so we were forced to attended lor. :p

Ah, forgot to mention that a lovely couples having their wedding dinner at that day too.


My friend said she love the crystal light so much. Ya, it's so gorgeous!


Karaoke seasons is a must. :D

1. 雪梨三文鱼捞生 ( Lao Shang with Sydney Salmon)

Em, 雪梨 mean Sydney or snow pear? XD


Salmon sashimi is huge, thick and fresh!! Yum yum!!


Everyone had a pair of loooooong chopstick to Lao Shang, so you can Lao how high you want to and won't worry it will dirty your hand or fingers. So cheerful.

2. 迷你佛跳墙 (Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall / Fo Tiao Qiang)

The very first time i try this dish. :D
I wiki awhile and found that this dish requires many ingredients including quail eggs, bamboo shoots, scallops, sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, chicken, JinHua ham, pork tendon, ginseng, mushrooms and taro.

Let check what kind of ingredients we got in my bowl.


Abalone, yes.


Shark fin, yes.


Scallops, yes


Mushrooms, yes.


Bamboo shoots, yes.


Sea cucumber, yes.


JinHua ham, yes. I found it from young master's bowl. =.=

I didn't took the close up pic for pork tendon!! So, mine Fo Tiao Qiang missed out quail eggs, chicken, ginseng and taro.

3. 四热草 (Four Hot Vege?) Okay, i can't really read the word inside the menu, so WTF, just guess it. *Young master said it is 四热葷.*

En, overall, the Salad Prawns is the best!!

4. 三味开X ( Char Siu - BBQ pork, Siu Yuk -Roasted Pork and Roasted Duck / Goose)

Anyone know how to read the Chinese word? Ha ha, i didn't try dish lar~ but my six sense told me that is a duck. :p *Young master said it is 烧味开拼.*

5. 堂煎白花釀带子 (Pan-Fried Scallop)

Yum yum yum Simply Delicious!!

6. 发财蚝士鱼票炆走地鸡 (Fatt Choi Oyster Chicken)

I'm so full already, didn't feel like want to try this at all!!


But my papa pick a huge oyster to me. Oh, it is so salty!!

7. 腊味煲饭 (Totally no idea what this call =.=) *Young master said, rice in clay pot with Chinese sausage n curing pork belly*

Lak Chiong, Yun Chiong, Lak Rou ="=

And then, dang dang dang dang......

Ya, I know it really didn't look interesting, but it taste good!! We Da Bao-ed and reheat for next day lunch, i ate a big plate while playing mahjong with my sis and young master. I want more!!

8. 美点双辉 (Rice cake and......i don't know what were those balls.)

I went to toilet with mama and gossip a bit inside there, so, the dessert had been served when we back to the room. Rice cake is great!!! It isn't too sweet, although served with shredded coconut. I love rice cake!! Em, i didn't try those balls. :p

9. 杨枝金露 (Dessert)

Rich and sweet mango taste!! My sis all time favorite. This taste better than the Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant!!

Bridal Fair@Mid Valley

Friend called on Sunday early morning, and asked us to return the wedding photography magazine to him at Mid Valley Bridal Fair. This is the first time i attended those bridal fair. Em, interesting!!

There had a few barbie dolls wearing wedding gown in front of the entrance.

After discussed with young master, we decided to buy a white wedding gown at Taiwan when we take the wedding photo over there. According to his friend, Taiwan have more pretty and quality wedding gown with reasonable price if compare with Malaysia. Hope everything go smooth when we reach Taiwan at June. I'm so Excite!!

But I still need to make a dinner dress as my second wedding gown. My friend take yellow, and i choose red. Ha ha! Mama love red, so i think my mother in law will love this color too. Here is some samples that I'm searched online.

This is the design that i imagined, like, long wedding gown will fly when the wind blowing thru. But i want some soft and light material if compare with Kelly's dress.

I love the dress too, but the big ribbons on her hips didn't give me a good impression. =.=

Whether i should have a tube dress? (i scare the dress will keep falling down when i walk) or deep V style? (yup, i don't have big boobs) T.T

"Wedding made in the sky"
Menara Kuala Lumpur, the 4th tallest telecommunications tower in the world (still number 4th?) is undoubtedly one of the preferred destinations for tourists to the capital. It located atop Bukit Nanas at a breathtaking height of 421 meters.

The tower offers not only a spectacular view of city skyline but a wide choice of venues (I'm so exciting and can't imaging how beautiful is the night view over there!) for large or small groups, indoor or outdoor, formal or informal function. There are 4 rooms of difference sizes equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and audio systems for entertainment, presentation, image protection and video conferencing. The mega view banquet deck can accommodate up to 400 persons for cocktail or standing reception and 350 persons for sit down function. Menara Kuala Lumpur also organizes wedding function for couples to pledge their vows at 288 meters above ground level overlooking magnificent city of Kuala Lumpur.

We paid RM5,000.00 as deposit for the wedding banquet after presented by the friendly sales manager. She really patient to listen our question and what kind of wedding we want. Hope both of us and our guests will bring back a little bit of history and memory for a lifetime, as what their promised.

So, that mean young master and i already spent RM9,667.50 for our wedding.

Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant@Avenue K

My friend highly recommended Ah yat abalone forum at Avenue K after she had her company dinner over there. G
ood food review, friendly services and location is quite convenience too. So, it listed as one of the restaurant that i want to organize my wedding banquet. But unfortunately, the date that i want has been booked by others. T.T Em, why my wedding date so LAK KU one? =.=

Okay, never mind. We still tried their food. :D


Just fall in love with the Chinese word. Young master said, the hardest Chinese word to write is ONE, need to be tidy and clean.

Opsh, sorry, i don't know those dishes name. So i just direct translated them from Chinese, hope you guys don't mind ya~ =.=
We ordered Mexico Fresh Abalone and Shark Fin Set (墨西哥鲜鲍 · 鲍翅餐), 7 dishes cost RM228.00 per person.


Nuts and sambal chilies, simply took when waiting for dishes to be serve.


Braised Shark Fin Soup. (红烧鲍翅)


Wah, a brunch of shark fins inside!!! Yum yum, the soup is a bit salty, but i still can finish it. :p


Young master's Lobster Shark Fin Soup. (龙虾黄汤鲍翅)


Huge and fresh lobster meat!! Compared with the one that i had, young master said this is not good enough. :-(


Mexico Abalone cooked with Goose Foot and Mushroom. (墨西哥鲍角 , 天白菰鹅掌)


This combination is so nice!! :D Saliva keep falling when i look back all these pictures!! Mexico abalone is very very very al-dente!! Goose foot is so so so tasty!! and the mushroom is so match with the abalone and goose foot.


Australia Abalone cooked with Goose Foot and Mushroom. (二头澳洲鲜鲍 , 天白菰鹅掌)


Although this Australia abalone looks bigger than the Mexico abalone, but i still prefer the texture and taste of the Mexico abalone.


Seafood Stuff Crab. (海鲜焗蟹盖)


The best stuff crab that I've ever had! Fresh and sweet seafood with thick and creamy sauces, it's just my cup of tea!!


Veges with Stock. (浓汤浸菜苗)


Sweet and chunky veges with thick pork bone stock. After those heavy dishes, this veges is like give me a breath of fresh air. I can relax my tongue for a while and space out some room for another dish.


Fried Rice in Ah Yat Style. (阿一二松炒饭)


Oh, it's so yummy! Fried rice come with a lot of scallop and seafood! Young master found out a special ingredient in the fried rice, PINE NUT!! You seldom see pine nut in Chinese dishes.


Dessert (杨枝甘露). Unpalatable and bitter dessert that I'd ever eaten! Yuck!!!


We took away the fried rice for my sis because she was not available to come over. And she love it too!!
