Yahoo, Pizza Uno = the best carbonara that i ever had. Still remember the first time i visited Pizza Uno was 7 years ago and the restaurant still located at the shop lot around ampang point. I thought i wrote this restaurant before but i can't found it. Maybe inside my wretch blog?


The menu, i can memorize all their antipasto, tapas, pizza, pasta and main meals.


Pepsi, RM5.00 for young master and my sangria, RM11.00. La Bodega sangria is better than this one.


Chicken and Duck liver......(i can't remember), RM22.00. This is the special dishes for Hari Raya and weekend, from 18-22 september. Young master told me this is CHICKEN AND DUCK LIVER PATE CHUTNEY AND HOMEMADE BRIOCHE.

My all times favorite!! Carbonara spaghetti, RM24.00. I loving it. I love it!


Aglio Olio spaghetti, RM14.00 for young master. I don't know how tasty is this, cause i'm busy to enjoy my Carbonara.

The restaurant always full house on dinner time, no matter weekdays or weekends. Better dine in before 7pm, great food and best services.

Saw this shop when I went to Centre Point for CISCO training too but never walk in..regret...the place is too far for me to re-visit just for food!>.<

cabonara is just easy first u need the UHT Cream then one teaspoon of pepper,paprika then chicken stock or beef stock depends wat flavor u like then stir the UHT until it become thick add some water stir again until it become thick then u can add it into ur pasta..see easy

(dun stir ur cream until it turn yellowish and remember always use medium fire)
